Can Your Life Withstand the White Glove Test?

Today I woke up as I do many Saturdays, with an urgency to clean up and get my home in order. Of course I did the “usual stuff" during the week to keep things orderly, and "looking presentable" but I knew that it was time for a thorough cleaning. I came downstairs and immediately began to assess the job ahead of me. I knew the major areas to hit, like the kitchen, the bathrooms, the living room, etc.  I started to dust, scrub and organize the various areas of the house. When I got to the living room, I decided to pull up the rug and furniture just to be sure there was no dust mites. To my surprise, a spider! I ran franticly to get the broom, swatting at the frightened insect franticly. At this point I was paranoid and began to pull up everything in sight. I tore down the curtains, pulled up the sectional, and moved the plants. Everything was undone just to be sure there was nothing lurking or hiding. Although I found no more bugs, there was an array of objects I had no idea was there. A fork, one of the babies juice boxes, crayons, dust bunnies galore, a battery, some loose change my favorite pen I’d been looking for. I immediately grabbed the broom and got to work. Next came the mop, some cleaner and don’t forget the mop and glow to make it all shine when I was done.

After finishing up, I inspected my work to be sure I did a thorough job. I looked at the base boards and all. Just then God began to speak to me. “Have you cleaned your life the way you have cleaned this room”? I stopped for a minute and pondered this question. I didn’t have to think long because I knew exactly what my father was asking.

Many times, in our lives, we go about our weeks doing the “usual stuff”, just enough to keep things looking nice and clean. We say hello to our neighbors, maybe give a little change to the person on the corner seeking food, go to church on Sunday and maybe we got a chance to catch Sunday school or Bible Study too. We call our parents just to say hey, check on the siblings, read our bibles, tithe, say our prayers and bless our meals. These things, whatever they may be in your life are like cleaning the surface of your life. It is not until you see the spider in your own life and go after it; will you be able to discover some of the hidden dirt and dust bunnies lurking, hidden from plain sight.

Matthew 12:43-45

New International Version (NIV)

43 “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.”

Ephesians 6:26-27

King James Version (KJV)

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Be sure to pull up the furniture in your life.  Reveal those things that are easily hidden within your heart. Allow God to come in and clean you, purge you with hyssop and you can pass the white glove test!

Stay Blessed & Walking on Purpose

THE COMPLETE WOMAN FELLOWSHIP
Breaking Soul Ties Through Forgiveness

SOUL TIES
What Is A Soul Tie?
A soul tie is the knitting together of two souls that can either bring tremendous blessings in a Godly relationship or tremendous destruction when made with the wrong persons.
The bible describes a soul tie also as knitting and cleaving which means to bring together. Follow close after, be attached to someone or adhere to one another as with glue. Joined together.
Although we can’t find the word soul tie in the bible we can find Knitting and Cleaving in its context.

Definitions
 The Strong Concordance
Abhor-strong word meaning regard with extreme repugnance. To reject & hate
Conformed- by association denoting union with or together
Cleave- To cling or adhere
Forgiveness-Forgiveness is the mental, emotional and/or spiritual process of ceasing to feel resentment, indignation or anger against another person for a perceived offense, difference or mistake, or ceasing to demand punishment or restitution

MEDITATION
Mark 11:25-26
And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
The Rules of Forgiveness
Be cautious of those you associate with.
Look out for one another
Does the person feel sorry for what they have done? Not a condition for forgiveness but a consideration.
Have they apologized?
Forgive relentlessly
Relinquish resentment

Luke 17:3-4
Pay attention and always be on your guard. If your brother sins, solemnly tell him so and reprove him, and if he repents, forgive him.

And even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and turns to you seven times and says, I repent (I’m Sorry), you must forgive him.

Physical Manifestations of Un-forgiveness
Mustering up genuine compassion for those who have wronged us, instead of allowing anger toward them to eat away at us is not always easy but forgiveness is the course of action recommended by most psychologists. To heal many conditions mental and physical.
Psycho neuro immunology
 -negative endocrine and immune functions
 -early death
-Research carried out over the past decade has produced new insights about how our bodies process stress. Epidemiological studies have shown an association between stress and illness, and scientists in the emerging field of psychoneuroimmunology (a newly emerging field of science that explores the complex relationships that exist between the mind (psyche), the brain and neuroendocrine system (neuro) and our body's cellular and biochemical response to foreign invasion, abnormal cell development and autoimmune disease (immunology).

A Scientific Study
Performed in 2011 at Duke University
Interpersonal offenses frequently mar relationships.
(35 females, 36 males)
This study examined the immediate emotional and physiological effects that occurred when participants rehearsed hurtful memories and nursed grudges (i.e., were unforgiving) compared with when they cultivated empathic perspective taking and imagined granting forgiveness (i.e., were forgiving) toward real-life offenders.
Unforgiving thoughts prompted more aversive emotion, and significantly higher corrugator (brow) electromyogram (EMG), skin conductance, heart rate, and blood pressure changes from baseline.
The EMG, skin conductance, and heart rate effects persisted after imagery into the recovery periods.
Forgiving thoughts prompted greater perceived control and comparatively lower physiological stress responses. The results dovetail with the psychophysiology literature and suggest possible mechanisms through which chronic unforgiving responses may erode health whereas forgiving responses may enhance it.
Remember How the Mind is Affected by Soul Ties
Thoughts – Acts as a trigger
Memories- react to triggers
Ideas- Deceived & manipulated
Perceptions- How we view others
Emotions- compromised / causes faulty actions
Knowledge- Ignorance
Wisdom- Given from the Father
If you are consistently un-forgiving (letting go) and choosing to remember or Reconnect to these events keep us bound, unhealthy, and left with a cluttered soul.
Revelation

Matthew 6:14-15 AMP
For if you forgive people their trespasses, their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment, your heavenly father will also forgive you.
But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, leaving them, letting them go , and giving up resentment, neither will your father forgive you your trespasses.

Reflection
Forgiveness recognizes what you thought your brother did to you has not occurred. It does not pardon sins and make them real. It sees there was no sin. And in this view are all your sins forgiven. What is sin except a false idea about God’s Son? Forgiveness merely sees its falsity, and therefore lets it go. What then is free to take its place is the Will of God.
An unforgiving thought is one which makes a judgment that it will not raise to doubt, although it is not true. The mind is closed, and will not be released. The thought protects projection, tightening its chains, so that distortions are more veiled and more obscure; less easily accessible to doubt, and further kept from reason. What can come between a fixed projection and the aim that it has chosen as its needed goal?
An unforgiving thought does many things. In frantic action it pursues its goal, twisting and overturning what it sees as interfering with its chosen path. Distortion is its purpose and the means by which it would accomplish it as well. It sets about its furious attempts to smash reality, without concern for anything that would appear to pose a contradiction to its point of view.
Forgiveness, on the other hand, is still, and quietly does nothing. It offends no aspect of reality, nor seeks to twist it to appearance that it likes. It merely looks and waits and judges not. He who would not forgive must judge, for he must justify his failure to forgive. But he who would forgive himself must learn to welcome truth exactly as it is.
Do nothing, then, and let forgiveness show you what to do through Him Who is your Guide, your Savior and Defender, strong in hope, and certain of your ultimate success. He has forgiven you already, for such is His function, given Him by God. Now must you share His function, and forgive whom He has saved, whose sin-lessness He sees, and whom He honors as the Son of God.

We are reborn by the renewing of our minds

Self Work
To be in pain becomes a habit.
Ask yourself how is this pain serving you?
Invite the Anger Forward
Drop hands to your side
Close your eyes
Disconnect your brain and bring the hurt back.
Once you have been honest with what you are holding on to cast your cares on God.
1 Peter 5: 7-9
Casting the whole of your care all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on him, for he cares for you affectionately, and cares about you watchfully.
Be well balanced (temperate sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at times; for that enemy of yours, the devil roams around like a lion roaring, seeking who he may devour.
Withstand him. Be firm in faith , knowing that the same sufferings are appointed to your brother thought out  the world.

Prayer To Help Forgive
“Heavenly Father, you are holy and righteous.  You are perfect in justice.  we confess that we have not forgiven as you have commanded us to.   Through Jesus Christ,  I confess my pride and judgment of these people.  Please forgive us Lord and cleanse us from our sin.  Please help us to thoroughly entrust these people and the wrongs they caused us into your hands.  I pray that your will be done in our lives and in their lives.  Please help us to no longer think on those wrongs , but instead to focus our thoughts on you.  I invite you, Lord, into any painful memories we have concerning what was done.  Please heal any wounds we received and help us to have your perspective on what happened.  Father I ask that you remove all false burdens placed on us by people, leader or churches in the name of Jesus. Remove all heavy burdens placed on our lives by the enemy in the name of Jesus. Father let your anointing break the enemy’s burden from off our necks and let every yoke be destroyed . Father remove every burden. We cast our cares upon you God. Thank you, Father!   In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.”

The Components of Man
Body

Mind
Will
Emotions
The mind is the thinking part of God and man. The mind is the logical part of man's nature. God's logic is always perfect, but Adam's logic was not. He was not a little God. Adam was responsible for using his mind to arrive at correct conclusions by following the logic of the mind. The conclusions of the mind are directed to the will for the final decisions and actions.

The will of God and man is free to make final decisions based on input from the mind, emotions and spirit. God's will is always correct, and one does well to see it. God's will is the final source of truth. A person's will makes his final decisions. A man's "last will and testament" is his final direction for handling his affairs after his death. God's will is perfect, but Adam's will was not. He was not a little God. Adam was responsible to use his free will to arrive at a conclusion and to make the final decision. The free will directs and controls the actions of the body. The mind does not control the body as many people believe. The spirit is not in control of the body as falsely claimed. The often heard clich

Attributes of God. God's attributes are in perfect balance. God hates evil people and loves those who believe His Word. Adam was not perfect, and his emotions were subject to error. Adam was responsible to apply the proper emotional traits as required to arrive at godly decisions, but he failed to do so. A few of Adam's negative traits were laziness, selfishness, self-centeredness, greed, etc. A few of Adam's positive traits were faithfulness, truthfulness, honesty, etc. The emotions respond to a situation with an emotional conclusion that is then directed to the person's will.
Revelation

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
When man was created he was directly linked to the source which is the spirit of God. After the Act of eating the forbidden fruit a soul tie was created with the devil. They contracted a Sexually Transmitted Demon (sin)

Prayer To Break Soul Ties
Father, in the name of JESUS, I submit our souls, our desires and our emotions to your Spirit.

Father, thank you for giving us the keys of your kingdom, the keys of spiritual authority. What We bind is bound and what We loose is loosed. In Jesus name, I ask you to loose us from all soulish ties to past partners and ungodly relationships. Please uproot all the tentacles of sexual bondage, of emotional longings and dependencies, and enslaving thoughts. I bind, renounce and resist any evil spirits that have reinforced those soul ties or may have been transferred to us through evil associations.

Please cleanse our souls and help us to forget all illicit unions so that we are free to give our souls totally to you. Father, we receive your forgiveness for all past sins. Soul Ties

MEDITATION
JAMES 1:7-8
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways
What Is A Soul Tie?
A Soul Tie is the knitting together of two souls that can either bring tremendous blessings in a Godly relationship or tremendous destruction when made with the wrong persons.
The bible describes a Soul Tie as knitting and cleaving which means to bring together.
Revelation
The divided soul keeps you from receiving
Ponder this.......
Are you bitter, angry, thinking of the past
Are you feeling rejected constantly meditating on these things and people?
You are probably tied to those people and things.
Reflection
Meditate on these thoughts, those things that apply to you and your life.

Ask God to reveal these hidden wedges between his will and your heart, you inner being, your spirit.

Being tied to many people and things scatters the soul and will keep you in bondage to these numerous things and people.
Self Work
1 Corinthians 6:17
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

Many Times we are distraught, confused and unsettled within ourselves and all seems lost. We are not eased or satisfied with ourselves, surroundings or the relationships of those around us. This can be caused by being scattered and divided amonst two many people or things. I want to take this time to share with you the concept of Soul Ties. We are getting more familiar with this topic in our weekly conference offered through The Complete Woman Fellowship. I encourage you to reflect on this lesson and the things in your life that you may be or have allowed yourself to become tied to in the past.

Ungodly Soul Ties

We are continuing our look into the topic of Soul Ties. We are now focusing on discovering the types of soul ties and those things that can become one. You can listen to the broadcast on this topic by visiting this link http://snack.to/5v0kdZW

Definitions
The Strong Concordance
Knit- To unite in association or affection mentally, to infer, wither together, companionship, process, possession

Conformed- by association denoting union with or together

Cleave- To cling or adhere
MEDITATION
Luke 10:26-29
He said unto him, What is written in the law? How readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbor?
Types of Soul Ties

Godly Soul Ties
1 Corinthians 6:17
But he that is joined unto the Lord is one Spirit.

1 Sam 18:31 Jonathan & David

John 15:13 Self Sacrificing

Eccl 4: 9-12 lift Each other

Mat 18:19 Touch & Agree

Acts 4:32-35 Be Unified
Revelation
A Godly Soul Tie will always show fruit of being just that Godly.

It will always be centered in God.

Encouraging one another weeping and rejoicing with one another.

God wants us to be connected to others but we are to love him with all our hearts, then we can love our neighbors as ourselves.

He will guide us in who to be tied to!

Ungodly Soul Ties

1 Corinthians 6:14-18
But ye not unequally yoked with unbelievers.
Romans 8:15 Brings Bondage
Gen 34:8 Creates Longing
Prov 5:20-22 Displeasing
1 Cor 6:16-18 Unlawful
Gen 34:1-3 Sexual Ties
Other Types of Soul Ties
Animal
Television
Pornography
Food
Exercise
Activities
Deceased Relatives
Work
Sports

A person can become tied to ANYTHING or anyone. We must be careful how much time and attention we direct to any one thing or person. It will be used by the enemy to attach to our soul and in the process malnourish our spirit
Reflection
Cut past emotional, physical, mental ties!
You must leave to cleave!
Are you soul tied to a situation?

Symptoms of Soul Ties
obsessed, preoccupied, distracted with things which cause you to neglect the things of the Lord
Questions to Ask Yourself
Is this person compromising ?
Do they have a giving spirit?
Are they kind?
Are they saved and walking with Jesus?
Are they controlling or manipulative?
Self Work
2 Chronicles 15:12
And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul
Deuteronomy 10:20
.
Thy shalt fear the Lord thy God; him shat thou serve, and to him shat thou cleave, and swear
Being tied to many people & things scatters the soul and will keep you in bondage to these things and people.
Prayer To Release Soul Ties
God I come before your throne of grace boldly and covered in the shed blood of your son. In Jesus mighty name I ask you to cut any and all ungodly soul ties between myself and anyone else created by sexual acts or any other relationship, know or unknown, remembered or forgotten. Please father, take the sword of the Holy Spirit and separate my human spirit with the human spirits of anyone with whom I have ungodly contact. In Jesus name, I ask you to cleanse those ties by the blood of Jesus of any possible access through which Satan can trouble me or my family. By the authority of the name of the lord Jesus Christ, I break the power of any and all covenants, contracts, dedications or commissions made over me. In the name of Jesus Christ my Lord, I now command any and all demons which may have come into me by Ungodly soul ties or any other sin to leave us at once never to return. I bind you all together as one, and I weaken you with the blood of Calvary. I command you to go where the Lord Jesus Christ tells you to go by the voice of the Holy Spirit. Father, in Jesus might name, I ask you to shut any doorways of demonic access opened into my life by ungodly soul ties or any other sort of sin and I ask you to seal those doorways forever with the Blood of the Lam, shed on the cross of Calvary. I thank you for doing this in Jesus name, Amen

Application is better than accumulation

Gaining a true understanding of God's word is far more important than the ability to recite scripture on demand.
When you read Gods word it's like hooking yourself to an IV. His vision for your life spreads through you. It's up to you to allow it to show threw in your everyday life. But we must remember that good works do not save us , but they display our faith.
Read James 2:17-26
How can you apply Gods word into your life?
